Password: This was created when the ad was placed. It is listed in the email invoice that you received after the ad was submitted. Please contact us for a copy to be emailed to you if you did not receive it. It will be sent to the email address we have on file.
Ad Number: This is the number assigned to your ad. It is located at the top of your ad. To find your ad number, view your ad by going to your Web address, or from the View Ads page, search our MallPlex by category or keyword. It is also listed on the email invoice you received.
